Today we bring you a first peek at a new bottle coming from Elysian Brewing in Seattle, WA. This is Unencumbered and it is a sour saison brewed without cucumbers. This beer rolls in at 6.1%-AbV and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle. Stay tuned for release info.
