This morning we have a new beer coming to bottles from Elysian Brewing in Seattle, WA. This is Paisley Limousin and it is a Belgian-style quad that is aged in Cognac barrels. The beer will roll in at 10.9%-AbV and this looks to be a 12oz bottle. Stay tuned for release info. For those asking, Limousin is a rural region in France.
