For Scratch #316, our latest take on a boysenberry gose, we upped the fruit character and tartness with more boysenberries – a cross between a blackberry and a raspberry. The blackberry notes add a deep red grape-like juiciness, while the raspberry character adds a sweet-and-tangy pop. A hint of salt adds texture and helps pull through the berry goodness. Draft and growler fills available now in our Tasting Room.
