This morning we get to see several sour ales coming from
Stillwater Artisanal. These beers are called
Amis (.amis.) and they are
collaboration ales created with
Freigeist Bierkultur. The beer above is a dry-hopped sour ale (Amis Hopfensekt) and the beer below (Amis Hibiscus & Rose Hip Sour) is a Hibiscus and Rose hip sour ale. Both beers will hit 7%-AbV and both beer will be bottle conditioned in 750ml bottles for U.S. distribution. Stay tuned for
release info. I’ve added in .amis. quince sparkling sour ale (7%-AbV, 750ml bottles). I've added in Volume 5 for 2019 and it is a coolship-fermented German gose that is aged 2-years in oak (750ml, 8.7%-AbV).
