This morning we bring you a peek at a new brew coming to bottles (and kegs) from
Allagash Brewing in Portland,
ME. This is
Shiro’s Delight and it is a mixed-fermentation ale (saison yeast and brettanomyces) aged on
pluerries and plums. The beer will hit 9.3%-AbV and it will be packaged in 375ml bottles as well as kegs.
