For Scratch #306, our brewing team sought to bring body to a lower alcohol IPA without compromising aroma or flavor. By combining some favorite hop varieties from two of our Hop Cycle beers – Hop Knife and Blizzard of Hops – this sessionable IPA boasts notes of grapefruit, pine and tropical fruit with subtle notes of peach around the edges. Draft and growler fills available now at the brewery.
