Today we have a great-looking new bottle coming from Almanac Beer in San Jose, CA. This is Peach Galaxy and I hope the design is something Almanac uses more in future beers/bottles as well. This beer is a dry-hopped sour farmhouse ale aged in oak barrels with peaches and spices. This beer will rocket in at 7.5%-AbV and this is the 375ml bottle. Stay tuned for what looks to be a Dec 2017 release.
