We aged our 10% Russian Imperial Stout all summer in the JD Barrels and it is now bottle and ready. These are just as good as the first time we did them. Currently only available at the brewery until we get enough hand labeled to send some to the local stores.
HINT: These will make wonderful additions to holiday parties and for gift giving.
