We’ve been watching for this one since July when the trademark application was submitted, so today you get your first peek at a new beer from Abita Brewing in Abita Springs, LA. This is Maison Blanc and it is an ale brewed with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, malted barley, & wheat. This beer is being brewed to celebrate the Tricentennial (300 years) of New Orleans and it will be packaged in 12oz bottles. Look for Maison Blanc to parade in at 6%-AbV and stay tuned for release info.
