Here’s your first peek at a new collaboration coming from TRVE Brewing in Denver, CO and Jester King Brewery in Austin, TX. This is Roísín Dubh and it is a dark mixed culture fermentation ale with rose hips and Texas blueberries. The beer will hit 7.3%-AbV and it will be packaged in 375ml bottles.
