This morning we have several new bottles coming from Side Project Brewing in Maplewood, MO: Blackberry Biere du Pays is an ale aged in oak barrels with blackberries (5%-AbV), La Ruche is a “delicate Missouri saison” aged in a Missouri oak foudre with orange blossom honey (6%-AbV) and Open Spaces is Missouri representation of a Flanders-style red ale fermented in and aged in Missouri Chardonnay wine barrels for 46-months (7%-AbV). These are all 750ml bottles and stay tuned here for release info.
