This is Mosaic Single Hop IPA from Pelican brewing in Tillamook, OR. This is Mosaic and it is a single-hope IPA brewed with Mosaic hops. This version will fly in at 7%-AbV and 65 IBU and this release will be packaged in 12oz bottles. Stay tuned here for more info and versions to come.
