This morning we get our first peek at a new collaboration coming from Jester King and Jackie O’s. This is Final Entropy and it is a Kolsch-inspired beer that is unfiltered, unpasteurized and 100% bottle-conditioned. This beer hits 5.3%-AbV and this is the 750ml bottle.
