At the beginning of May, brewers from Roanoke-area breweries, Soaring Ridge Craft Brewers, Parkway Brewing, Flying Mouse Brewery, Chaos Mountain Brewing and Big Lick Brewing Company visited our headquarters in Bend, Oregon to create a memorable American Saison at our brewpub in downtown Bend. Bringing the best of both coasts together, this beer will have a unique malt character with slight earthy notes and big aromatic hop aroma from American hop varieties like Celeia and Loral.
