Today we get our first look at an exciting new collaboration coming from Two Roads and Brasserie De La Senne. This is Brothers In Farms and it is a “Translantic Grisette” that will be packaged in 500ml bottles at Two Roads. This beer was created by Phil Markowski and Yvan De Baets and it is a “double grisette” that uses a wild yeast from Connecticut and a traditional Saison yeast from Belgium. This beer will hit 6.5%-AbV and stay tuned here for release details.
