This morning we get to see two new big bottles coming from Alesong Brewing & Blending in Eugene, OR: Touch of Brett Mosaic is a Mosaic dry-hopped farmhouse ale aged in French oak barrels with brettanomyces (6.8%-AbV) and Strawberry Symphony is a Gose-style ale brewed with sea salt and strawberries (5.2%-AbV) and a collaboration with the Eugene Symphony. These are both 750ml bottles.
