Today we get to see a new Barrel Works Series release coming from Southern Tier. This is Sapsquatch and it is a barleywine-style ale brewed with local maple syrup and aged in Bourbon barrels and on oak. This beer will be packaged in 22oz bottles in April 2017 and stay tuned here for AbV and release details. The 2019 packaging is below (500ml bottles).
