This morning you get your first look at the 3rd release in the Goose Island Cooper Project. This is Cooper Project Release No 3 and it will be a barrel-aged porter. This beer is aged for 3-months in Bourbon barrels before being packaged in 12oz bottles for 2017 release. Stay tuned for AbV and release details.
