These are only keg labels, but today we get to see Goose Island Lill Moxie (5.7%-AbV) & Grand Prestige imperial brown ale aged in Bourbon barrels (11.1%-AbV). We also have Foudre Project Oak Aged Red Ale (6.7%-AbV). From Goose Island:
At the corner of Fulton & Wood streets in Chicago, Goose Island’s original brewery has been a hub of innovation since its doors opened. To this day, the spirit of experimentation remains strong with the Fulton & Wood series. Each release gives Goose Island employees from throughout the company the chance to work with our brewers to concept new, exciting beers from scratch. In the days before Prohibition, Cream Ale was the preferred beer style of the blue collar worker. Lill Moxie is our nod to the Cream Ale originally brewed by The Chicago Brewery on the corner of Lill and Diversey, and the factory workers who enjoyed it. We added a dry hop to this clean and refreshing ale that has a slightly sweet malt body and undertones of corn that complement our signature house yeast flavor. This spring, raise a glass or two of Lill Moxie after your workday. Cheers!
