This is Hitachino Nest Red Rice Ale and it is an ale brewed with red rice and aged in Sakura barrels. This is a 750ml bottle and the beer hits 7%-AbV. We also have Nipponia (brewed with Kaneko Golden ancient Japanese barley and Sorachi Ace hops and aged in wine barrels--8%-AbV).
