So you probably don't know much, if anything, about our next bottle release. Because we haven't really told you. @cbpwoodwrangler and his trusty brewing crew are almost ready to release our very first beer from the first foeder in North Texas, and also the first in a new series of beers we call Foeder Fantasies. Don't know what a foeder is? That's okay, but please do Google it. We're excited to tell you more early next week.
UPDATE: Blending our first mixed culture beer from the foeder. Foeder Fantasies Vol. 1 is a pale sour inoculated in our @foedercrafters American oak foeder then aged in a mix of French and American oak barrels. The first beer will be released in late June, it will be a sour ale and the name will be Wood Folk.
