Here we have Oak Brus from Upland Sour Ales. This beer is 100% fermented with brettanomyces bruxellensis yeast and it is aged for 8-months in barrels made with no-toast Freanch oak barrel heads and medium-long toast American oak staves. This is a 750ml bottle and the beer hits 4.5%-AbV.
