This is Innis & Gunn Bourbon Aged Dark Ale and it is matured for 30 days over oak that is seasoned with American Bourbon before being packaged in 11.2oz bottles. Look for this beer to hit 7.4%-AbV. We’ve also added Highland Cask ale matured in oak barrels (7.4%-AbV, 16.9oz bottle).
