Today we have the bottle packaging for two 2015 Project sour ales coming from Cascade Brewing. These are all Northwest Sour Ales aged in oak barrels, one with apricots (7.8%-AbV), one with cherries (7.1%-AbV), one with strawberries (7.5%-AbV) and one with blueberries (8.23%-AbV). These are all 750ml bottles. We also have 2014 Project Figaro (ale aged in oak barrels with white figs & lemon peel--9.1%-AbV).
