Here’s a new big can coming from Carton Brewing in Atlantic Highlands, NJ. This is Ron’s Steam Bock Haircut and it appears to be a collaboration with Green Flash and Alpine Beer. This lager uses a Maibock malt bill with Nugget hops from Crosby Hop Farm. Look for Ron’s Steam Bock Haircut to be packaged in 16oz cans and the beer will cut in at 6.6%-AbV and 25 IBU. Stay tuned for release and distribution details.
