Here’s your first look at a new upcoming Cellar 3 Series release coming from Green Flash. This is Oculus Sauvage with black currant and it is a Belgian-style imperial IPA aged in red wine barrels (21 months) with black currant and brettanomyces yeast. This is 2016 Batch 1 and it will be packaged in 750ml bottles. Look for Oculus Sauvage with black currant to hit 10.7%-AbV and 101 IBU and stay tuned here for release details.
