Here’s your first look at Hapax Legomenin from Cigar City Brewing. This beer began as a Belgian-style tripel aged in Gin barrels before being blended with an American grapefruit sour ale and packaged in 750ml bottles. “Hapax Legomenin refers to a word or form that occurs once in a document” so I suspect this is the only time we’ll see a beer like this coming from Cigar City.
