Here’s a really unique collaboration coming from Brooklyn Brewery, Thornbridge Brewery and Oliver’s Cider. This is Serpent and it is a Brooklyn-conceived Thornbridge-brewed, Belgian-inspired golden ale that is barrel-aged over a year on wild yeasts from Oliver’s cider. This is a 750m bottle and the beer will hit 9.5%-AbV. Stay tuned for release details.
