Coming mid-December to 22oz bottles & tap lines we bring you our newest offering from the South Slope Specialty Brewery, a Tropical Fruit Golden Strong. This fruit-forward American style Golden Strong Ale (11%) was made using fresh guava, papaya & mango. Along with the tropical fruits, a cooler fermentation temperature & an extended cellaring time allowed this beer to clean up & smooth out the edges. The resulting ale has a dank, sticky flavor profile that that remains clean & dangerously drinkable.
