Here’s a new collaboration coming from St. Somewhere and Birds Fly South Ale Project. The beer is called Skin & Bone and it is a sour farmhouse ale aged in Chardonnay barrels with local peaches. This beer hits 5.8%-AbV and it is packaged in 750ml bottles at Thomas Creek Brewery.
