Here’s a new co-brew coming from Evil Twin and Westbrook Brewing in Mt. Pleasant, SC. This is The Perfect Nose and it is a barleywine aged in Cognac barrels. According to the label, the name refers to Jeppe’s nose so look for the perfect nose to be packaged in 22oz bottles and it will hit 10.2%-AbV.
