Here’s a new beer coming to bottles from Abita. This beer is called Shotgun Double IPA and it’s name comes from the “Shotgun” style houses in New Orleans. This beer is hopped with Amarillo, Simcoe, Citra and Cascade (among others) before being packaged in 22oz bottles. This beer will hit 8.5%-AbV and I can’t wait to try it (insert less than subtle hint here).
