hers the bullshit template letter you get when a business owner doesnt have enough balls to just call you up and has someone send a letter instead. But they sign it from "sam"

[Editors Note]:  These encounters have become pretty commonplace...and not just in the beer industry. The owner of the trademark HAS to defend or lose it (and the money/time spent to gain it) and I'm sure it sucks to receive, but it's a reality you should expect if your name is close to a trademark.
