Today we get to see two new beers coming to the Hoop & Stave series of barrel-aged beer form Payette Brewing in Garden City, ID. Release No 3 is an Imperial Rye ale age din Whiskey barrels (8.2%-AbV) and release No 4 is an Imperial Brown ale aged in red wine barrels (8.7%-AbV). These are both 22oz bottles and stay tuned for release details.
