Here’s another great label (or two) coming from Off Color Brewing. This is Sparkles and it is a Biere de Garde style ale that will use Nugget and Streisselspalt hops and it will be packaged in 12oz bottles. I understand this is a rough draft, but the beer will hit 7.8%-AbV and 3-ish IBU. Stay tuned for more on this one. We also have Whiskers and it’s an American wild ale aged in Puncheon wine barrels (8.1%-AbV, 31 IBU--Central State co-brew). No word on how real these are, but in any case they’re fun.
