We are supporting the local artist community for Labor Day Weekend. Come checkout Art of the Brew in Austin,TX for a tasting of Artsy Tartsy. See the Lakewood Brewing Company booth. The beer is a Berliner kettle soured with K4X Kettle Sour mix. The wort dropped from 4.86pH to 3.45pH overnight!
