Here’s an interesting new bottle coming from Goose Island. This is Experimental Winter Ale 2015 and it uses Celia and Millennium hops from Elk Mountain Farms. This beer is described as a “Sherry-colored Winter Warmer”, it’s packaged in 12oz bottles and the beer hits 6.2%-AbV and 50 IBU. Base don the labeling, I expect we may see additional versions released, but stay tuned on that one.
