Here’s a new entry in the Urban Cellar Series from Urban Chestnut Brewing Co in St. Louis, MO. This is Cuvee De Peche and it is a blend of a year-old barrel-aged Lambic and a peach sour ale. This beer also includes an “infusion of a half a ton of local, MO peaches.” This beer will be package din 11.2oz bottles and stay tuned for AbV and release details.
