Talk to enough people at New Belgium, and you’ll start to see a theme: Many co-workers didn’t start out in the position they currently hold, and in plenty of cases, they aren’t even in the same department. Chalk that up to a company culture that encourages co-workers to grow. A perfect example? Annie Korenjak, the Human Resources manager at our soon-to-open Asheville brewery.
