Here’s an interesting new beer coming from Woodland Empire Ale Craft in Boise, ID. This is Yirge and it is a Saison brewed with heirloom Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee roasted by Dawson Taylor coffee roasters. This beer will be packaged in 550ml bottles and it will come in at 5.5%-AbV. We also have Saison Cinsaut and it is a saison aged in Split Rail cinsaut wine barrels with local strawberries (22oz bottles, 6%-AbV), Old Boise Lager (4.5%-AbV), City Of Trees Idaho Pale Ale (6.3%-AbV) & Midnight To Midnight (8.5%-AbV).
