Here’s a new bottle coming from Wicked Weed Brewing in Asheville, NC. This is Golden Angel and it is a barrel-aged American sour ale with apricots (one pound per gallon). After 8 months of aging another 1.5 pounds per gallon of apricots are blended in stainless steel tanks for another 2 months before bottling. This beer will be packaged in 500ml bottles and it will come in at 7%-AbV. Stay tuned for release details.
