Here’s the latest approved packaging for Upland Viola. This sour ale is aged with fresh viola flowers and it was created from the second runnings of a batch of Dantalion. This beer uses wild yeast and it is aged in oak barrels. This batch was bottled on 5/19/14 in 750ml bottles.
