Here’s your very first look at the latest beer coming to the Stone Stochasticity Project. This is HiFi+LoFi Mixtape and it is a blend of fresh and barrel-aged beers. The barrel-aged “Stock” beer was aged more than 3 months in oak foudres and it will use Apollo, UK Target and Willamette hops. Look for HiFi+LoFi Mixtape to be packaged in 22oz bottles and he beer will come in at 8.5%-AbV.
