Here’s your first look at two new bottles coming from Side Project Brewing in St. Louis, MO. Derivation (Blend # 1) is a barrel-aged Imperial Stout that is 25% wheated and smoked imperial stout aged in Bourbon barrels, 25% wheated imperial stout age din maple syrup Bourbon barrels and 50% wheated imperial stout aged in wheated Bourbon barrels. This beer is packaged in 750ml bottles and it will hit 15%-AbV. Framboise du Fermier (Blend # 1) is a raspberry saison aged in French oak wine barrels that will also be packaged in 750ml bottles. This beer hits 8%-AbV.
