Here’s a new co-brew coming from off Color Brewing and Jester King Brewery. This is Radiolaria and Ii t is an American Wild Ale that will use Sorachi Ace hops and it will come in at 4.5%-AbV and 40 IBU. This beer uses a house blend of indigenous yeasts and bacteria from the “wilds of Texas and the frozen depths of Chicago.” This is a 750ml bottle and the keg label is below.
