Here’s a big bottle coming from Anchorage Brewing Co. This is Mosaic Saison and if you guessed it is a Saison brewed with 100% Mosaic hops, you’d be right. This beer is fermented in oak tanks with Saison yeast as well as 2 strains of brettanomyces. This beer will be packaged in 750ml bottles and it will come in at 6.5%-AbV and 30 IBU.
Update 10 May 2015 - This beer was released today.
