Here we have the 2015 version of two classic wild beers coming from Allagash. 2015 Interlude is a blended ale aged in red wine barrels with saison yeast and brettanomyces (10%-AbV) and 2015 Confluence uses Belgian yeast and Brettanomyces as well as a Glacier hops dry-hopping (7.1%-AbV). Both beers will remain in 750ml bottles for 2015 and stay tuned for release details.
