Today we have two versions of a new brew coming from Mob Craft Beer in Madison, WI. This is Monk Inception and it is brewed exclusively for Steve’s. Both beers are a Belgian-style “Quadrupal” Ale and one version is then aged in Four Roses Bourbon barrels. These are both 22oz bottles and both beers come in at 9% ABV.
