Here we have several new big bottles coming from Council Brewing Co in San Diego, CA. This is Beatitude and it is a blueberry (raspberry, three berry & cherry below) tart saison. Named after the French word for “bliss” and it uses Brettanomyces. Lactobacillus and Saison yeast as it aged on blueberries (raspberries and 3 berries below). Three Berry uses raspberries, blackberries and blueberries (cherry & apricot too). These low gravity brews will be packaged in 750ml bottles and stay tuned for the actual AbV & release details. We also have Passion Fruit, Pineapple & Mango.
