Here’s an interesting new brew coming to the U.S. from Brasserie Dieu du Ciel. This is L’Exorciste and it is a sour wheat beer fermented with Sacchromyces and Brettanomyces yeasts as well as pediococcus and lactobacillus strains of lactic bacteria
. The beer is then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Look for L’Exorciste to be packaged in 750ml bottles and come in at 5% ABV.
